I can vouch for Dirty John being open. Between Nanthala and Franklin. Got there just after daylight.
Had the entire range to my self for hours yesterday. Shot rifles, break for coffee and doughnuts, began a new paper back, shot pistols, shot rifles some more.
Packed up and was home before 10:30.

Since WRC is managing Wake County's range now, I checked and it looks like they are not yet open to the public.

WRC will manage public operations. Wake Co. owns the indoor facility (think libraries) and as such is final arbitor as to when the building will be open to the public. The only Wake Co. indoor facilities open to the public at this time are courts, re-opened last week with major Covid safety protocols.
