No not Dirty Deeds, Dirty Jobs.

I need that small agile guy with no fear who will do anything for money. And I need that guy to find and remove a dead animal from my crawl space. My house smells like a morgue.

I am not that guy. The crawl space is low and I'm too large and not bendy enough.

Do you know that guy? Send him my way PLEASE!

They get in the attics of a couple of offices I rent. I send the pest control guys to find them, but the critters are often down in the walls where you can’t locate the carcass. Plus the whole dang building will stink to high heaven so it’s hard to follow your nose. I can figure out the general location sometimes, but homing in is hard. Usually the critter completely decomposes in about two weeks, if it’s a small one.

We had a squirrel die inside a wall at a building i frequented. Had the facilities group come look for it...they smashed apart 3 walls before they gave up on finding it and left it to decompose. Yes it was gone in 2-3 weeks....but they were miserable weeks when we were there.

Seems the easiest way to find the source would be to have a Bring-A-Pooch-to-Work day.

Id do it if you were closer. I got no problem with that stuff. But I won't drive to Charlotte unless you're willing pay big money. Otherwise, it ain't worth it. Good luck buddy.

I found a guy - thanks all. Neighbor had a pest control service pull up in the driveway and I convinced the guy it was worth his time to help me out. Turned out to be a rabbit under my duct work near the gas pack.

I am so damned tired of 15 years of crawl space BS. I think my next house will be on wheels so I can just drive away.

My next house will be on pilings like a beach house so I can park my stuff under it and walk around.

If you get a lot of critters in your walls or crawl space, it helps to put a trap in the general location. You'll never have to search again.
