New Bearcat

Just ordered from a known FFL friend of mine a used Lipsey Ruger New Bearcat 4.2" blue with adjustable sights. I've used my old Single Six 5.5" for decades teaching my boys and older grandkids how to shoot a handgun. This smaller frame will be a great kit gun when fishing. Going have to fight my wife and 5 yo grandson for it.

I bought my 5 year old grandson a stainless model and went to Jackson’s Leather for a slick fast draw custom holster. He thinks he’s the cat’s azz! He’s worth every cent!

I like all the versions of the Bearcat, but this is my favorite.

I've been thinking about getting one "for my wife". 😉

Holy shnikes, that front sight is massive! I'd grind that down and settle for 50yd zero

They need to bring back the Bearcat 22LR/22WMR convertible and give it adjustable sights. I really like the size of the Bearcat wheelgun. My old blued one has a permanent home.

I see ads for the Wranglers and Heritage Arms .22 revolvers and I start to think. Do I need one of those? Then I snap back to reality. Nah, I have a Bearcat.
