Hi, My name is Mike and I recently moved to Fort Mill from Washington state. I grew up in the Greenville SC area but that was 30 years ago. Its good to be back.

My interests are collecting firearms, shooting firearms , mostly Colt SAA's, Lugers, SBR's silencers, etc. I also build classic cars into nasty classic cars when I'm not doing the Engineers gig..

Good to be back.

How did you hear about us?

Welcome to CFF, enjoy the forum

First question is are there any good place to shoot around here. Not really looking for a range. Those are easy to find. Any outdoor in the woods sort of places? Ive got a gun to try out I havent put through the ringer yet and running a silencer at a shooting range doesnt really give you a good idea of its potential when you need to wear hearing protection.

You really need to let me be the first to shoot your rifle.
Welcome to the forum.

pics of the cars, please.
and welcome.

Welcome from right across the river! Great group of people here with more knowledge than you can possibly believe.

I'm looking for a project car, namely a '72-'78 Datsun 280Z to make a little crazy.

I'm in Tega CAy, Leeds rifle range is south of Chester. Not sure if they started collecting $5 in a box yet but it is public and I try to get there about sunrise on a Sunday to have some quiet time to myself. Maybe we can head down that way one day.

I like the Sportsman in Rock Hill for the indoor pistol. No range nazis and just an old sporting goods store. I haven't been since a man shot himself so not sure if they have gone overboard like some of the other ranges.
