New toy! I have since added my RMR to it, but I haven't had a chance to shoot it with the RMR yet. I can't believe how much easier takedown is with the Mk IV's

Very nice. Is it true that mark III 22/45 magazines won't work in the mk Iv?

I will try that when I get home and see. I haven't heard that, so I didn't think to try.

Thank you for checking. In 22plinksters video he made mention of the base plates being different and fitment issues of the old 22/45 mags.

So the mk3's magazines are a bit different. They will not completely seat into the mk IV 22/45. It looks like the baseplate is a bit longer in the rear on the old magazines. There is also a cutout that I cant determine the purpose. The loading button is also flatter on the new magazines.

The Omega finally got out of jail!
Just put it on the 300Blk for now but didn't shoot it this afternoon.

Nice! How did you attach handguard to chassis?

Been looking at these and really want to build one. They sell a carbon handguard on their site but not loving it.

I had to machine that little notch at the rear of the FF tube where it contacts the chassis. Also made a little backer plate thing that is used to attach the tube to the chassis through its existing holes. Like those add-on pic rail pieces attach to the modular tubes. They were out of the CF tube when I got my chassis so I came up with this. You need the narrow tube so the diameter matches.

Nice job man!

This is a 300 BO pistol on an 80% lower, while I wait for a Form 1 to clear for an SBR on an Anderson receiver. It's a HVT QuickMount can.

I just finished taking about 3/8" off the hanguard (from the receiver side ) so that the suppressor would have enough room to snap into place with it's spring attach .

I totally didn't know this site was a thing and wondered where everyone went. I'll post my last batch of rad NFA stuff here. I have some more stuff to come that I'm pumped about!

I just got this custom rifle in after it being on order since September. It shoots very well and I had a few shots go through the same hole. I didn't shoot too many groups but got it out to 100, shot a nice group and then shot steel at 300 yards. I hit a 4" steel plate with boring repetition with this rifle.

How is the kriss without it being an SBR? That's the next gun I'm ordering, hopefully! I really want the 10mm but the only thing holding me back is they don't have 30+ round mags for them.

I really like it so far! I think it'll be perfect as a SBR but the brace is fine while I wait for now. I've shot it a fair amount and it's a real smooth shooter. I've since put an EoTech and 3-lug on it for my suppressor and a light. This will be my third 9mm SBR and I already like this more than my Evo and QC10 build.

You're killing me. You needed to tell me it was terrible and I shouldn't do it. I have a scorpion SBR and working on an mpx SBR. The kriss is just one more expense I'll need to pony up for.

Yeah, the Kriss was always my first choice but they didn't have 9mm when I made my QC10 and I got the Scorpion right when the 9mm came out and the prices were like $1700+ so I didn't go for it. I found this one for $1k new and I had to go for it. After shooting it, I just love the ergonomics and how the recoil feels. It's a space gun and real gun. Plus I appreciate anyone making something new instead of yet another AR. I was looking at a MP5 SBR of some sort but in the end, Glock mags got me and this thing is so cool. I want to get an Octane 9K to put on it to shorten it up a bit in the future.

Here's the current config with the used military trade in EoTech I have on it. It's such a solid and fun combo and I feel like the boxy look of the Vector is begging for an EoTech.
