Is there any ranges (private), that allow or run classes that allow users to operate at night with NVGs? Located in the central most part of NC but I am at a loss outside of private land near me, are there any other members that train under night vision on a regular basis at an accessible range and if so where do you train?

We do on occasion at @VOD Tactical. Depends on what you consider central, VOD is definitely “west central” if not actually “western” NC.

Members only range, except most “events” are open to the public for a fee.

I’ll keep my eyes peeled, I didn’t see anything coming up on the website. Driving to either end of the state isn’t that bad for me and for something like that it’d be worth it.

Yes, definitely worth checking out Coleman’s creek. You’ll have access to all their ranges(unless one is closed for training/maintenance) I enjoy driving around in the dark there. There is a private range in Carthage that a little group of mine rents out to run some short range training(up to approximately 40 yards). If you’re wanting to be put through some drills I’d recommend that. If you’re wanting free roam to shoot your preferred routines out to and past 1000 yards at night, definitely check out Coleman’s.

Call Rudy at RAD Range and Event Center in Burlington. They do night shoots there.
