I would put it in the ad that you have the right to refusal of the sale. It’s clear that way. I’ll add someone who has zero post may be fine but I would meet that person at the police station before having come to my home.

I've gone so far as to even boycott the parking lot. There's an abandoned Fatz cafe across the street from our Wal-Mart. I goes there.

I had customer’s (elderly couple) who met someone to sell a car in Charlotte at a public place. Found in a warehouse murdered. Always get a phone number and name. If I don’t know someone I told my kid a description of the car is in the phone notes and my prints are on their rear of the car unless we met at the PoPo.

there are a lot of good people out there that have no interest in bantering on message boards.

I seriously doubt you have anything to lose by probing them via p.m.
