The host for the shooter video is down, apparently their bandwidth use went through the roof so they have it hosted via a third party torrent now.

To most it seems brutal but the attacks that Muslims committed in the Middle East, Australia, etc against “infidels” and such are about the same when it comes to using a firearm but when viewing the atrocities they’ve committed when using explosives devices such as car or suicide devices makes the NZ video PG-13 ... seeing innocent people blown apart and laying there with their innards on the “outards” with the smell of blood and such in the air is not something you forget ... you might become somewhat desensitized but never forget.

Certainly, I've heard about one involving a tank that's a doozie, but not my cup of tea. Those also don't get international media attention or try to start race wars (beyond Sunni vs Shia).

That’s a man who had a plan, prepared for it, and executed it. Calmly.

I haven’t read his manifesto, but I think it’s too early to tell if he was insane or something else.

I will not deny what he did was horrid - especially the poor woman begging for help that he killed and then subsequently ran over. But that is a Judeo-Christian informed stance that places value on human life. That’s a far cry from the Islamic informed stance, where women are stoned to death for having the audacity of being the victims of rape, where children are married off to paedophiles, Christian girl sold into sex slavery, and men, women, and children set afire simply for not being of a particular tribe or sect of a violent cult.

But such is the nature of the world - and there is a time to sow.....and a time to reap.

Far worse is done in the name of Allah every day than what was done here, terrible though it is.

This is where the world is going, for better or worse. When you encourage some people to identify with their tribe and demonize others, eventually people fracture, turn to tribalism, and turn on one another.

This very well may be the metaphorical building of a modern Tower of Babel.

So the initial reports I read indicated the shooter used a shotgun. Although extremely lethal in CQB I wondered how he achieved such a high body count with only a shotgun. I did not what the video of the shooting yet, so appologies to those that have and already know this. It looks like that was not the only weapon used in the attacks based on pictures the shooter posted online. Looks like a Magpul D60 drum and some 30 & 40 round PMags. Note the "modified" CA compliant buttstock. I believe that is a Hera Arms model based on google images. Out of curiosity does anybody know if NZ required a bullet button like CA?

How about not being ok with it, but also not ok with the fact that we’ve been allowed to be invaded, against our will, by those who had a duty to prevent it but didn’t in the name of personal gain.
 
Terrorists SUCK. No death penalty in NZ.
Unfortunate the one man who rushed him was not successful, Terrorist had rifle jam and had to take time to clear it.
Good portion of the video is the TERRORIST driving to the mosque, he uses a shotgun then discards it when empty, moves to the rifle
using multiple magazines, later the drives away and uses a pump shotgun while driving then changes to another rifle with mags that are either
taped or stacked side by side, could be a .308 rifle, not sure from the ammo in the magazine (side stacked).

No, not OK. Just sick of whites being under attack thru genocide across the world with numbers hundreds of times greater. It’s tough to feel normal compassion while under siege.
 
The world is at war folks. Has been for quite some time now. I'm not sure what it's going to take or how bad it has to get before the news media and some governments, including our own, are forced to acknowledge that the world is in fact at war. However, it is at war and things are looking very bleak. Things look very bleak because this war is very deceptive and is able to stealthily develop with the facade of love, understanding, and tolerance of others while at the same time capitalizing on the laws of countries to further it's own agenda and power. This isn't a war between any two or more nations. That's what makes it so dangerous.

That Senator from Australia is dead on right in my opinion. He had the guts to come right out and say what the problem is and did so without sugar. In addition, I agree that the video is sickening. However, I also agree that it pales in comparison to the atrocities committed by Jihadists in the name of Islam. Some of the atrocities they have committed I cannot even describe here on this forum they are so gruesome and cruel.

Edit: BTW, my post above in no way represents my condoning of the violence that took place in NZ. I am merely pointing out that it is simply an example of the ongoing world war that we are all unfortunate witnesses to today.

Local guy on the radio made a comment that Muslim’s in the Middle East will have to pause their slaughter of Coptic Christians long enough to be outraged. As horrible as this is, there is plenty to go around.
 
Where could a person find the video?
 
In other words, the PM of New Zealand has promised to do exactly what the shooter wanted...push the gun law issue.
