    Ps yes the stamping is that faint

    Can you post a pic of the upper? Also, does it have a sear block?

    That is kind of surprising, given my assumption of the serial number range. Not sure how many digits you are covering in the pic, but I figured it was a later production lower than that.

    Around here, $900-$1000. I just bought one two weeks ago for $900 at a show. On Gunbroker, you will get more because the rifle can go to MA as a pre-ban rifle. Not sure if CT allows that model, as they specifically banned Colt Sporters, so I'm not sure if they count the Sporter II in the same way. I know they allow the Sporter Match HBAR, etc.

    The upper configuration will come into play on value, too, hence my request for a pic of the upper.
