My black lab puppy (well, 14 months old, she is my youngest) got struck on the snout by copperhead yesterday evening right before dark.
This was her first time.
She is of course still swolled up.
When I let her out this morning she made a bee-line to where she got bit digging around looking for the snake.
She's gonna be a good un.
I'll bet she's looking to kick some copper ass and make an impression....
