It’s tomorrow and I’m stoked. I have been watching a few bucks grow up over the past years, at least 2 of them are brothers and I got the younger bro last year...a 170lbs 7 pointer that I posted in one of the threads we had going.

Well, I got big brother on camera over the past 6-8 weeks and I really hope to get a crack at him in the morning. He’s a nice 8 this year and at least 180-190lbs.

Good luck all and be safe out there if you’re getting under way in archery season.

Good luck. I have not even finished tuning my bow and probably won’t be home from work until after daylight anyway.

I retired the Insanity and got a Realm a few weeks ago. Without going through a full yoke and bare shaft tune, I had a hell of a time tuning some some new GT Hunter XT 340s. Got 50gr weights up front behind a 100gr Exodus, and they hit like a hammer at 68lbs now that I have them worked out.

After the season, I’ll do a full tune with some good new strings and see what this thing can really do. It’s an excellent bow so far pretty much right off the shelf.

Good luck this season Brother!

I’m pretty happy with the bare shaft tune but have not gotten it sighted in. Swapped limbs this summer to lower the draw weight. Shooting an Elite Energy35. This job schedule change has screwed everything up. And with this heat I’ve not been really motivated to get ready anyway.

in a blind by the creek. Some big ones on cam within 150 yards of where I'm sitting.

We'll see if they show here

I got my bow ready, just haven’t fletched my arrows yet. I’m a slacker

Well that sucked. Hot as balls and the wind was not my friend. Should’ve known better than put a permanent stand in my bow spot where I can’t shift it around the area to account for wind direction.

Oh well...here’s to tomorrow.
