Outback ATV park

Ill have room in my RZR if she wants to ride. Its just me and my minion.
We still shooting for 9?

Thanks for the offer Butter. My Outlander is a two seater, Max XT. We're hoping to be there by 9. We may be a little late, but no later than 10.

We just got back from VA, probably be a bit later for us to get there since we couldn't get packed and loaded up yet.

ETA 9:30, CFA line is long

He's finally awake. Lol

Loading up and heading out shortly

Welp looks like I need to do some mechanical crap on the rear brake here first. Locked up and can't move arrgghhh

Blown brake caliper. I'm dead in the water for today :(

Had a short, but great time today. Thanks @BASIL for letting me pilot your nice Commander, also thanks for the trailer lock. Here's a pic I took. My son and his girlfriend are on the left. Then Basil, Sandman_NC, then Butter and his little one.

Somebody's missing however. Hmmmm. Let's see, I know it's not me because I took the pic. Wonder who could be missing in this pic? I may have to ponder on this awhile.........................................................

Wait! It just hit me. The guy who started this thread in the first place is absent. AWNE (Absent With No Excuses):D

@BurnedOutGeek

@BurnedOutGeek In all seriousness, that sucks and I hate you couldn't make it. I didn't even ride my own Outlander today. I let my son and his girlfriend enjoy it. I'm thankful Basil let me take command of his Commander. I would have liked to have let loose with it, but that's hard to do with another man's toy. Sorry you couldn't make it and hope you get your machine fixed up.

That looks labor intense. Glad you found out at home instead of somewhere on the course.
Oh yes. It has sucked up my entire day just tearing it all down. Repacked the drive shaft needle bearing in the differential but nobody has a friggin oil seal in stock. While it's apart I'm getting new shocks as a thank you present for myself. Don't tell the wife that elkas are not "stock" lol

but nobody has a friggin oil seal in stock.

It's a Can Am correct? Manufactured in Canada? There's a guy in Clemmons that has a bunch of money that could probably pull some strings and get that oil seal for you.:D Lol!

Shout it up if y'all decide to do an encore. I'll try to make the trip over from Rock Hill.
@BurnedOutGeek Good luck on getting your ride back together.

Please try for a Saturday.
Getting a weekday off is tricky.

I'm pretty sure we can work an ATV into a USPSA stage somewhere.
My Rincon has a kydex RRN holster mounted on it already.

Second a Saturday effort...me and my grandson will come ride also....we rode there on the 2nd, though my grandson has been beating me up about going back to Busco, so if someone is headed there, let me know.

I need to get a dang SxS. I bought my Outlander for utility. When Basil let me drive his Commander, I became hooked. There's just something about a SxS that makes it more fun. I drove a 25hp Gator down at CAW faster than how I drove Basil's Commander yesterday. At least in the curves anyway. It was a rental. I didn't want to damage the bodywork of Basil's Can Am.

In other news, here's a perfect example of my Anal Retentive/OCD personality. Not a spec of dirt on her. Didn't take long. Just hosed it down with Dawn dishwashing detergent mixed with a bottle of hydrogen peroxide and hot water. Let it soak for awhile and rinsed it off with the pressure washer and dried it with the leaf blower.:D

I had a feeling you were liking it. ;)
The only time I was a bit concerned was in the tight
stuff in the woods. That full face helmet limits your peripheral vision.
Makes it tuff when you only have 6" clearance.
You done good.:)

You took him places where he had 6" of clearance? You're too kind. Lol

Sorry about the last time. :(

I had quads and 3 wheelers my whole life, the best decision I made was to buy a SxS. Something about a roll cage and the ability to take other people with you does it for me. My wife would still have a quad and runs the crap out of them, but its not for me anymore.

Get yourself a used one Q, then you dont have to worry about stuffing it into a tree and scratching it.....

I put mine on its side one day, rolled it over and kept digging
