I've owned two of them, heckuva shooters !
Thinking about getting back into them. Did they ever fix the "dead trigger " issue ?
Thanks !

They did a voluntary recall on the old ones. Replaced the trigger and did something to the fire control unit but I can’t recall exactly what. They made the change to the manufacturing process, new ones are good to go. In my opinion, they have the best feeling factory trigger in striker fired pistols.

The ”voluntary upgrade” included modifying the reset mechanism and incorporation of an out-of-battery disconnect. The trigger’s reset is now activated by rearward slide movement like every other pistol. IMO the P320 platform will always be a steaming pile no matter how many “upgrades” it sees.

I had an issue with my first P320 Tacops, purchase date August 2016. I ordered a Grayguns trigger and installed it myself. Sometime around June 2020 I had a dead trigger to start a match at PDHSC near Garner. This pistol had not had the voluntary Sig upgrade because of the Grayguns trigger install. I called Grayguns, and was informed that if I sent it to Grayguns, they would send it to Sig for the upgrade and then remove the upgraded Sig trigger and install a new Grayguns trigger at no charge. I did all that and haven't had an issue since then.

To be fair, I cleaned the gun before the PDHSC shoot, and pulled the trigger on the FCU with it out of the gun, and something just didn't feel right. It was intermittent after reinstalling that night, about 3 times, and was dead on the first stage as I racked a full 10+1 mag through the gun trying to get it to fire. I put a Wilson Combat grip on it, and then an X-Grip on it, and it works fine. In fact I shot it in the last four stages at Deep River 9/24 because I lost the fiber optic in my WCP320 during stage 2. It ran like a top.
