P80 build

Starting a p80 build full size 9mm. Got a full kit that is supposed to come with everything. I've never done this before so any tips or tricks would be great. I dont have a dremel so slowly filing down the tabs now. The 3 pin holes are drilled. However I am missing the end mill bit that is used in the guide rod channel so if someone local has that and wouldn't mind letting me use it that would be great

The end mill bit is kind of useless. I don't remember ever used it. Just snip some plastic off then use a round file and smooth it out with fine grit sand paper. That's what I did for my last one.

Got it finished. Fired 20 rounds thru it with 1 fail to fire. 5 or so ejection failures. And some times it would eject the round but fail to load the next round

If you're using regular strength springs, try to file the recoil spring channel some more.
