Picked up a T/C Encore rifle frame

I Just purchased an Encore Pro Hunter Rifle Frame Assembly(but stock, forend and, frame), I've wanted one for a long time. I want to get a 44mag and 300 Blackout barrels to start with. But it seems everything is out of stock, might just have to go the custom route.

You may have to go to a custom vender like MGM or a place like that . There are many places to check out . I think Gunbroker or eBay may have had a 300 Blk out w/ accessories but was a week or so ago . Both barrels are hard to find in stock right now. Midway had a sale on some barrels but were more like 270 etc . I’m sure you will enjoy the rifle .

Start with a rimmed cartridge like .44 mag, Encores are finicky with bottleneck cases and headspace.

Still have my muzzleloader but sold off .223, .308, and .300 mag bbls over the years. Love/hate relationship; got them all to shoot well but just so much easier with a bolt gun.

There are lots of great wildcat cartridges based on rimmed .30-30 etc that perform well in the Encore/Contender.
