I’d bet there are more stories like this nationwide. Pretty sad if you ask me.

My next door neighbor was a deputy at one time. He had a sticker in the lower left of his rear window on his squad car. It was the famous oval with the initials of the phrase. Think OKI for Oak Island.

His was BDR. Baby Daddy Removal.

Three percenters are extremist? LMAO. That guy who notified the cops boss- I’d make his life miserable. Every cop on the force would be writing him tickets.
Up north that guy would be untouchable. He could speed, beat-up old ladies, steal kids' lunch money - cops couldn't touch him because as a complainant against a cop - he's "hands off" and protected.

This is what happens when you have nutless Chiefs, who are more concerned about their careers than their people.

A leader…a real leader, would’ve told the complaining citizens, “Look…you may not agree with the way my folks express themselves, but it is their private vehicle and not a city vehicle, purchased with taxpayer dollars. They have as much right to freely express themselves as any other citizen”.

This started with Confederate flags on personal stuff. Happened maybe 8-10 years ago with a lot of agencies.
Yes
But haven’t you heard?
The American flag is now a symbol of hatred and white supremacy according to blm.

Im a veteran.
I’m a cop.
I have NEVER been more proud to have the American Flag tattooed multiple times upon my body.
The American flag is a symbol of freedom, of hope, of bravery, and of sacrifice. I REFUSE to allow the nonsensical delusions of petty socialist liars be a stain upon my flag.

Do you know the method behind the Mohawk haircut?
Back in the day, there was a bounty on how many Native Americans you could kill. So people would bring in heads. But heads are bulky, and you can get prion diseases from them. So they went to scalps.
Many tribes, the Mowhawk, Pawnee, and Iroquois, adopted the hair styles as their own way of saying “Molon Labe” literally, Come and Take it, here I made it nice and easy for ya!

The gauntlet has been thrown down.
Anyone out there from antifa or blm, you think my flag is a sumnol of oppression, white supremacy, and hatred? Come and take it. If you take my tattoo, you may put it on your trophy wall.
Come and take it, I dare you

This is an open challenge and invitation to anyone else who has sacrificed for our flag, who defends its honor still today.
spreas this message.
Spread it far and wide.
Refuse to give any ground to the swill who seek to stain our flag and our honor.
Offer them no quarter.

It appears Wake Co Sheriff's cars are now adorned in purple, he was next to me in traffic tonight. What are they communicating?

My employees sign an ethics agreement, if they break it they get fired. Simple example, get convicted of fraud, bye bye. I assume that the police departments have something similar, it’s not like an office is not an officer when he/she isn’t in their squad car. Should a 3% sticker be a problem, I wouldn’t think so, certainly no more than a glock or thin blue line sticker.

I agree that being on his personal vehicle it should be off limits in terms of his employment. @JimB beat me to it, in that there are things that, especially when you operate in certain public professions, that your personal conduct has to remain above a certain standard. Something like a 3% sticker most certainly does NOT violate those standards in my view as it’s not illegal, it’s not crude, it’s not obscene, etc, it’s a personal opinion. Could one argue that such a view may effect his performance in his duties? Maybe, but then his record should speak to that too.

That’s the exact problem.
I am federal.
The Office of Professional Management (OPM) which basically controls what you can and cannot do in the government, ethics wise and such, has come out and said that blm is not a political movement and therefore federal employees may wear or display blm stuff while at work. They also have said that Blue Lives Matter or All Live Matter are expressly political and therefore verboten.

But that is the Hatch Act in a nutshell, and proof that our overlords are corrupt and have zero interest in upholding their oaths.

The state grants them powers and privileges that extend to their non-working hours, so perhaps it's OK for them to also control what they do during those non-working hours?

Seems to me that the extremists are the ones going around reporting people for their bumper stickers.

It would be funny if some people were to sneak around and put III% stickers on LEO cruisers … rear bumper at first and let MSM and liberals heads explode with ”terrorist acts”.

I should go ahead and click that link before my NSA guy wakes up.

They sell a lot of different types decals and graphics with an outdoor focus. Seem rather benign.

...... and just like that,..... I felt feelings I thought I would never feel for another man. 🤣

As I said in my previous post, the nature of the job means being subject to certain levels of decorum outside of work for reasons that should be obvious. This is why things like getting drunk and shooting off rounds into the air in a city (dangerous and likely illegal) will get you fired. A bumper sticker does not even come close to something like that.

If they are going to exercise powers and privileges outside of normal working hours, they had better be as, if not more, professional than when they’re on duty because it will be scrutinized.

Purple is a soothing color, could make you feel a little bit better as you are placed into custody in the cruiser.
