Polymer80 parts in North Carolina?

That slide sticking is a common issue. Try taking a stripped slide and turn it around backwards and slide it on from the back to see how it lines up with the front rails. if you can slide it on backwars most of the way it is lined up good. If not you will need to align the rails which will mean some careful filing and polishing.
Mine wasn't sticking on the rails. I found it was sticking where the barrel locks into the slide. The cerakote was too thick and the barrel couldn't lock up properly. After firing a few hundred rounds the cerakote smoothed out and now it shoots perfectly.

Last week, I ordered the new P80 compact longslide frame in OD Green.

It has a G19 compact grip but it can accept long slides like G17, G17L, G34 etc.

I completed the frame this morning. It took about an hour. Super simple, exactly like their other frames. Nothing different in the completion process.

I didn't buy a new slide or barrel for it yet, so I took the G34 slide off my last build, just to test fire the new hybrid frame. It fit perfectly. I took it in the backyard and rapid fired 10 rounds through it. No hiccups. Functioned perfectly.

In the pics, you can see the old GREY Frame P80 V2 full size frame, and the new GREEN Frame P80 hybrid compact wearing the same G34 slide and barrel.

Looks great! Back around Christmas order the P80CL for myself. They only had it available in black at the time. Still several months away before I can build mine.
