Our church will be hosting tonight for the second time, Tim Tebow's foundation Night to Shine event. It is a prom for special needs guests. Last year I was able to volunteer and be a prom "buddy". It was one of the most special nights I can remember. I think our volunteer's had as much fun as our guests. If you would say a prayer for another successful and safe event for our guests and their family members. If you are not familiar, go to youtube and look for some videos from past events.

Friday night was awesome. We had around 125 guests registered, I have not heard exactly how many came. From the limo rides, to the red carpet, the dancing and eating. I think all of them had a really good time. I know we had around 350 volunteers to make everything happen and we all had a blast. Thanks for all the prayers, we are already looking forward to next year.

Hopefully my nephew's school has one of these events. He is among those that democrats don't want to be born. He has Down Syndrome.
