Prayers for my wife's Surgery this morning

My old man just had that done last fall. I'm not sure if he's playing macho, but it went well and he said it was a breeze. Just make sure you follow the directions on food/fluid intake for the extent of the time directed. He really wanted to cheat and eat solid food too soon because eating mush sucks.
Positive thoughts flowing her direction.

Best wishes for her. I had that operation and have 5 small scars. I researched doctors in the western section of NC and found the doctor who was best known which basically all he did.

Three days later I mowed grass and road a crotch rocket with the stitches still in but I donā€™t advise it. Totally changed my ability to sleep and eat. I was not able to burp for years so farting is the result. Soda and beer left me bloated but I rarely drank either. I had a co-worker who got a chinese doctor here that gutted him like a fish and it turned out really bad. He was out of work months. Its all about the skills. Not all doctors are equal. Again best wishes.

@Cowboy. My doctor said taking activated charcoal tablets helps with the gas since burping is less often. I never took them. I didnā€™t burp for years. If I drank one beer or soda I felt like I had consumed a whole buffet. Sold in most pharmacies.

She is doing very well. We went to bed last night at 9 woke up about 8:30. So we finally got some rest. Besides a sore throat and incisions being sore she is doing well.

Thanks man I will let her know She has been worried about how bad it would be.
