Prayers for Officer

I sure hope this officer gets better by the minute....an old 30+ year veteran of the S.C. Highway Patrol said to me once regarding being shot.....You Might Get Better, But You Never Get Well...............getting shot kinda sticks with you.
 
Prayers for him,his family and the PD. Hope they got the POS that shot him! My son is a Lincoln County Deputy Sheriff and I worry about him every day!

I don't think they got him, but this was the first time I saw a Google alert PSA (on my phone) with a state wide announcement for the population to be on the look out. Said the guys name was Omar something, black male with a tattoo of a cross between his eyes and another one of a cross on his arm. No vehicle information was associated.

I know I started the thread but this was close to home. So close that our place was part of the perimeter. Wife took this pic. As soon as I heard what happened, I work less than a half mile from the location, I called her and told her to get the dog in and grab a pistol. I anyone tries to break in, shoot their ass.
