Prayers please, Cancer is back

Thank you all, I have only met a small number of you on here through the years. However, I feel like I can come on here and talk to people like they are family. I have and continue to pray for people on here I have and probably will never meet. It is my duty as a Christian to lift up others. I really appreciate all the messages and I know the prayers are truly being lifted.

I have no wise words or solutions. But if you need a person to go have an ice tea, beer, coffee with and scream I am your guy. Thick skin here. If you need a cocktail and fire pit I am good there too. In my experience the people that beat this are positive and strong. That seems like you based on your posts. So I see another struggle followed by another win. You got this.

Praying for you and your family. I hope you get thru the treatment well, and go on to a long and happily healthy life!

We'll you keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

So after a second opinion, it was decided that we wait for some blood work before I commit to undergoing radiation therapy. I had my blood work today and got the call this evening. My levels have not changed since the first of February. He said that there was no need to do anything for 3 months, we will recheck it then. I am happy to say the least.

Great news, I'll pray for more and more good news....

You are in my prayers brother. I know God in his grace will get you through this and heal you.

Awesomeness. Happy times.

That s great news on your latest checkup .Continued prayers for you and yours and for the doctors wisdom concerning your treatments

Have you had a PET scan?

My oncologist is not interested in doing one yet. As low as my level is, no scan is going to be sensitive enough to find anything yet. Even the newest scans will not find it. If my level goes up some more, we will talk about it then.
