Same here. I refuse to check it so it comes as a surprise.

If I'm not mistaken, and I very certainly could be, I'm waiting on two Form 4s and two Form 1s. They are spread out a bit, though. I was thinking I would see one this Summer, but that may not be the case if what I'm reading is an indicator.

I have an SBR that was filled out July 10th.

Then. 4-5 surpressors in the pipeline

I am still waiting on 2 e-filed form 1's from early July, and 2 form 4's for cans that were mailed late June/early July. I need to check my paperwork,
Should be close.

Just picked up some cans and an sbs from early to mid June of last year. Was surprised when I got the email from @jkupp2000 earlier this week. Unfortunately, it will be a couple weeks before I can take them to the range.

Still waiting on several form 1s from late June into early July.

looks like they're up to 7/06 control numbers up to 3225XX... Shouldn't be long... I'm at 3256XX...

My lowest one is 3240XX. My highest, which I sneaked in on 7/11/16, is 3975XX. It didn't actually get reviewed and put into the system until 8/12/16.

I'll be waiting for a while to get all of them in LOL . This isn't horrible, as my late ones are F1 suppressors. The extra wait will give me some time to wring out the commercial suppressors I bought and give me time to chew on exactly what role the F1 suppressors will play. I had planned on making them dedicated suppressors on my F1 SBRs. We'll see if that is what I actually do.

Holy crap. That's like 70,ooo in just 2 days! It was 325XXX on 7/9!

Yep. That amazed me, but didn't surprise me. If they are really processing 20k a month, then those two days represent 3.5 months of work. I wonder what the high number was on 7/13/16?

Y'all are assuming two things that I've never gotten an answer on...

1. Control numbers are issued consecutively, instead of skipping numbers like credit card companies do
2. There's only one batch of numbers being issued for all forms...otherwise a lot of those could be F2, F3, etc

True.

Sure, but it gives you an idea. I put in a couple on 7/7 about 4hrs apart. The control numbers are about 40 apart From NFAtracker it seems to be consistent. The biggest issue is they supposedly break them up into batches between examiners and some are faster than others.

Yeah, I don't understand why when they approve one, they don't check to see if there are others from the same person and approve them as well instead of doing 3 or 4 separate investigations and wasting taxpayers money even more! A $200 Tax stamp doesn't begin to cover what an investigation costs!

There were a small handful of examiners that used to do that.

Really makes no sense why they don't all continue doing it.

just got my 7/1 back.....9 months 21 days........it did not have a control number...

EForms?

Assuming so...

If it didn't have an Internal Control Number, it's because you didn't provide one. But it probably has a Control Number on the PDF (top left, between USDOJ/BATFE and thick black line), which is the same as the Permit Number.

Form 1, trust, Eforms submitted July 4 2016 - Approved today.

Another solvent trap morphs into a suppressor now.

Someone just posted a 2016325XXX form 1 control number approved from 7/08/16... Any day now...

Yep, any day now. I hope I get mine sometime before I die!

Got a call today from the dealer on my SICO 556 Specwar. Mailed 6-24-16 . BATF called and had an error on a page of the trust.
At least it's on somebody's desk and in the short stack. Should be corrected Monday.

Plenty of folks with late June apps still in too. All depends on what group got your batch and how fast they are. Some are faster than others I hear.

Saw reports of two forms (same person) mailed on 7/13/16 being approved. First post-41F I've seen.

So, I just got a status change email on my second F1 SBR I submitted on 7-7-2016 (the first F1 SBR was approved today). It is listed as being Submitted/In Process. Well, it has been that way since June. I logged on to my e-forms account and it is listed there in the "Approved" section, but the form itself still just has the "Submitted" watermark.

Should I call ATF and ask, or wait it out? Seems like something isn't right.

So, I called the NFA Branch. The Form 1 is showing in their computer that it was approved today. Got transferred to their E-File specialist to see why the PDF I was emailed (and is showing up in E-file as well) still just says "Submitted" on it. Unfortunately, I had to leave him a message. I bet he is a busy guy right now. :)

Anyone with a paper filing in July 2016 (before the 41f deadline) get approved yet?

Edit: Checked NFA tracker, and it looks like paper filings for Form 1 trusts as recent as 7/11 and 7/12 (date checks cashed) have been approved.

You could also use Ask The Experts and send a note. It happens all the time.

Got my Spectre II stamp this past Wednesday.

9 damn months.

I'm not buying any more NFA sound reducing items.
Too damn expensive if you add in cost of stamps & silencer.

Guess I either need a new barrel for my SR22 or put this thing on my 10/22....

I have an SBR from 7/10 Ctrl #328xxx
