Don't suffer in silence, CALL DILLON! That is what the whole no BS lifetime warrantee is all about! My 550 is from their very first batch, and over the 30+ years I've had it, it has had a few kinks.. If it wasn't obvious (like cleaning the primer system, which was the right first thing to try) a few minutes on the phone with Dillon took care of it. Sometimes it is non-obvious, or just non-obvious to one of us handle yankers...

I've posted to their forum and emailed twice, with no replies.
I'll call tomorrow.

My 650 hasn't been running well lately. The primer system on my 650 has started to fail completely. I took it apart, cleaned everything and replaced these parts.

It's still failing, as seen here:

I've had the press for about two years, and loaded approximately 20,000 rounds.

Anyone else ever experience this?
Mine did this 3 weeks ago. It was a broken spring on the back of the arm that you manually pushed with your finger. It was broke in the housing and you couldn't see it till I took the black cover off. Luckily I had a parts kit.
