With three ladies in finals of that match including girl op above.

Women can really excel at shooting sports. Need more of them to get into it.
I hope you have seen the picture and video of @Chdamn's Wife shooting the Barretts here. It will be a long time before a better example of rifle control.
She was the Only shooter that day that hit with Both Rifles. The picture of her hitting steel at 300 was amazing...the round hit the target and her hair hadn't even moved yet from the recoil.

I had skilled folks sighting it in for me, which certainly helped, but I am very proud of that. So glad you provided that opportunity.
 
Women, are easier to teach, because they will listen. Men think they already know how to shoot, like they were born with it. So, you can't teach them anything.
 
My high school shooting team had many girls on both the varsity and JV teams and they were all excellent shooters. As stated above, they listened and learned. All men seem to think they are born as a mix of Alvin York, Mario Andretti, and Henry Ford.
