An argument broke out and a man pulled out a rifle and shot the victim while they were sitting in a vehicle. House said the suspect remained on the scene when he was arrested.

My wife's best friends live at the apartments right above the scene. They were home and heard the shots.

I was assuming it was a domestic but that doesn't seem as likely now.

similar thing happened in the apartments near my work in fayetteville a couple weekends ago. 2 guys argued, one just decided to shoot the other one, then sat and waited for the cops to show up.

Police say Crawford was the father of a woman who had been in a relationship with Lee. She was a passenger in the car but was not hurt.
