Ready for Christmas, favorite tree ornaments

My tree is too small but have these things under the tree. Grandkids sent me this tree to Afghanistan back in 14' and used it last year (17') here too.

My old 1SG made these for us almost 30 years ago. Every year it goes on the tree facing the window pulling guard duty to keep the family safe. Hard to believe that an old clothespin could have such meaning.

Our Christmas tree has personalized ornaments on it that tell our story. There is one for the day we got married, one for the day we had our son, one for the day he started school, etc. Well, life isn’t always perfect and we remember those moments on our tree, as well. While I hated that @Chdamn broke his leg a few years ago he has always learned to laugh at really crappy situations. So this is my favorite ornament.

I put this on the tree to see if the wife would notice, and she did... and it's made it into the ornament box as a 'real' one that goes up on the tree now. She likes the squirrel.



This is my actual ornament though, had it on the tree since the year the spring broke and all the valves got shoved into the piston.
