Recommendation Reactive hostage

In need of a recommendation or suggestion on a steel hostage target will primarily be shot from 75yrds - 400yrds.
-reactive
-something rifle rated
-3/8" or 1/2" ?
- 18x30 max size

Looks like pricing is around depending on manufacturer and steel $100+ and shipping all over. If anyone can make something like below +/- 1hr from Asheville I'd be super interested. Would like to pick up one or two if I know they will last.

Go to your nearest scrap steel yard.....of my 75+ steel targets..all but 3 came from the scrap yard....................

That's currently on my list, but I would have to have someone make them or make them myself and while functional they might be I doubt they will look as good as others.
