Recommendations on female carry belt

A female friend of mine just moved to plainclothes police work and she is trying to carry her loadout of G17, two-mag pouch, single cuff carrier, and badge holder on a regular, fashionable belt. Clearly, it is not going to work in the long run. She would like to be dressed business casual to business professional.

Where should I point her for a good belt to carry all that gear? I love Beltman belts personally, but surely there are good "dressy" gun belts available somewhere, right?

I own 3 Fat Boy (I call them skinny girl) belts from @gunbelt. They are sturdy, all leather belts that fit the business professional dress requirement.

She will want an 1.5" belt for all that battle rattle. I have a Kore leather belt that is really working well.
I am absolutely loving the 1/4" adjustable feature. I carry a Motorola 2500 on my belt all day so it gets a workout.
