I’m sure they do & I dunno exactly what the legal-ease mumbo jumbo really means.

It's a blanket access statement for all government owned computers. They forgot "civilians" are accessing it legally.

If they changed it, they'd have to convene a study involving 9 focus groups and a PhD in computer science.
