Reloading 308 target rounds

In the model 10 savage I used to reload for. My gun loved 180gr nosler green tips, with 43gr of varget. I could find a load in a matchking for my gun that shot as well as the noslers

Just had time to reload some brass Ronn47 gave me to try. I know that I have not had good luck with the Hornady 165 MPBT and 43.2 gns of Varget. I had some Hornady 165 InterBond bullets and stepped up the Varget load to 44.0 grns. The book says 2,600 FT/SEC. Hoping to get some time on Tuesday to make it to the range

I've done about all I can with an AR platform. I just bought a Benelli Lupo 22" in 308. I wanted a competent hunting rifle so I'm looking forward to building some rounds for it. It's got a 1:11 twist. I'm going to work up loads for sierra TMK 168 and their 155 HPBT. I've got some ELDM in 168 and 178 I might try too but Sierra always seems to win anytime I try to work up a load.
