Richmond County hunting club members facing more than 300 total charges

On the one hand, seems a pretty egregious violation of hunter etiquette. On the other claw, Robin Hood is not amused.

since it was an entire club, I would say it's because they shared a property border. Some of the guys were charged with operating a motor vehicle on gamelands and nothing really wildlife related.

Keep in mind Richmond county is in the dog-hunting allowed section of the state, so my best guess is that they were letting their dogs run on the gameland without the required permission slip or 'closed season' day of the week.

Anyhow.........I would guess 75% or more of these get dismissed in court. They'll make an example out of a few of the more egregious violators, fine them and take their license for 2 years.

After 'Operation Something's Bruin' I never take these things on face value anymore. And I'm good friends with a few WRC officers who basically tell me they don't do something that they were cite someone else for.....
