Got my 22 LR shooting pretty good for me but I would like another 1/2 of eye relief. I can slide the scope up about 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch without moving the mounts.

Question that I have is how much do you think it would effect the zero @ 100 yard?

Anytime you break the screws free on a scope I would not expect it to hold zero. If you get luck it might but I always rezero when I’m looking for more accurate sighting and even when using a QD on red dots on an AR I at least verify it is on center.

You'll have to re-zero it, but not by much.
What have you got to lose? You want more relief...go for it. :)

Move it to match the ergonomics you require. Rezero. It takes some work, but worth it.
