I’m not a church goer these days, but was raised and schooled in the church and am a believer. For those of you that do pray, if you could send one up for my cousin Hank, I’d appreciate it.

Hank was a good man that raised outstanding kids that he’s left behind far too soon. 61 years old.

He passed yesterday after fighting COVID for 3.5 weeks.

His wife and kids were not able to be with him at the end and there will not be a traditional funeral. This is a sad and crazy time for sure. Setting aside the politics of it all, real people are hurting and that just sucks.

Sorry Tim...I must make a confession of sorts. At my age and with a couple of extenuating issues, This thing has had me worried.
Whether young or old, when it's someone near to you like this, it's just awful. I hate it for all involved.
 
Prayers for you and all of the family @Tim . Thank you for taking the time to briefly post some things here so others can know something about his life and what it meant to you and others.

Many times people leave this earth and not one single person will take the time to do what you've done here inside this firearms forum community to honor Hank in our midst. I sincerely appreciate you doing that sir.
 
I am a believer too. In the fact that God still loves you even if you don't go to church. Quite sure he loves your cousin too and has him in his hands now. Safe from all harm. Prayers for you and his family.

Condolences to you and the family. It’s horrible in these times Hark could not have a proper funeral. I cannot image the pain his children and wife feel not being able to honor a man who spent his life providing for the needs of his loved ones. Bless this man Lord.
