The U.S. Supreme Court rejected a Republican application to stay the decision of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to grant the Democratic Party’s request to make several changes to mail-in voting that critics have decried as vulnerable to fraud.

As Breitbart News reported last month, “The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled … that ballots received three days after Election Day will still be counted — even if there is no evidence they were postmarked on time.”

This guy Roberts is not a conservative jurist. This dissent is not an interpretation of the law; it's an application of leftist politics. There is not ONE reason why the LAW and the CONSTITUTION as it is written would allow such a ruling. ACB is the anecdote to this disease - first the Obamacare ruling that it's a "tax" and now this. The Supreme Court could make a ruling and the Executive branch could respond, "Well, y'all got a right to your opinion, but we don't see it that way and that farmer can feed his home grown corn to his own cows in this own damn state until they turn into steak and he eats 'em.
