ruger american magpul stock

Ouch. Saw that on IG from the NRA show. That costs as much as the rifle. I wanted to build a RAR in 300 blk, but that price may kill it.

but for that price you gain the ability to use aics mags, if only someone made an hbarrel for it.
 
They look good but the cost is almost as much as the rifle!
 
I hear complaints about the cost, but if it build a system that works, isn't that what you're really after? Considering other stocks, like a McMillan, it's cheap.
I hear that the Ruger American is a real performer. Does it have to cost a lot to validate that performance?
The mag options and a superior magazine catch system are what intrigue me.

Pretty cool. Pricey though. If it came with your choice of mag and not just a 308mag, and had more room at the barrel for SBR/suppressor options I'd be more inclined...
 
Yeah, I've got one in 5.56and I'd really love to. E able to use a Pmag with it instead of those expensive Ruger plastic nightmares!!!!

they will be the aics pattern, will the sa 308 mags work with 5.56?
