Ruger Precision 22

Have a Ruger Precision 22 and I am thinking of putting a Bushnell 3200 Elite mil dot scope on it. It is 10x Rifle has 30 moa base. How would that work for 200 yards? Thanks Bill

Should work for 200, 10x in theory is 1k yards You may want more magnification if you’re going for more than steel.

In theory each x is represented of how much closer an object is at 100 yards. So 1x is 100, 2x is 2x closer, so on. 30 MOA will give you the extra elevation for dialing yardage.

With 1100 FPS 40 grain 22lr, you’re looking at around 50” of drop from a 50yard 0
