Is it possible to find someone reliable and who takes pride in their work for such little hours? I'm very particular with people at my place so I figured I'd ask here first. I need someone to help out on Saturday around our place. The work can range from cleaning stalls, dragging pastures, general cleanup, second pair of hands to do projects, pressure washing, heck I may put you on lawn mower at some point.

    Thanks,

    Amnesia

I saw nothing in there that describes me or anything I would want to do.

lol. I used to say that. I work some on a farm down the road that has horses and cows. I get paid good because I can fix the fence, wrangle a cow or horse, and can also fix the tractor or the broke water line going to the barn. If the pay wasn’t so good I wouldn’t go. But for someone who wanted to do something a little different from time to time and likes animals, it’s a fun way to spend a Saturday

We have a non-profit and could ask for volunteers but at the end of the day we're found that volunteers typically come once or twice. Since this is our home I am pretty particular about who I want here so I figured paying someone would help them be reliable and have a reason to show.

For those hours and that pay, I'd be looking for an eager teen. Contact a local home school group. Home school kids seem to be more reliable and capable of thinking on their own.

I’d be open to teens that have some hustle.

Call it a summer camp and get people to pay you to have their teens do your work. $$$

Know the difference between a four wheel drive and the company car?
