Saker K direct thread for $325ish - how good a deal?

There was a deal worked out not too long ago that you could get them for $285 if at least 5 were bought (same person or not, didn’t matter).

I think it’s a nice option for somebody wanting a dedicated 5.56 can without all the frills (which are usually unnecessary).
 
Are these former LE cans or something?

I ordered them.

They were for the GPR integrated suppressed upper project. They are cheaper because of the direct thread and market packaging.

I think on a 12.5" and some rockset they oal at 16.9"
 
I got offered a Sig 556 Direct thread today for $385. On the fence. It’s super light, but I need a 7.62 can more
 
Damn, if I wasn't already waiting in my Rex I would jump on that SRD556 for my MCX.

Yeah, they are just outside Hickory in Connelly Springs. They came to see me when they opened up, as they were visiting area dealers to introduce themselves. They are less than 15 minutes from my house, but that doesn't do me a lot of good. They don't appear to want pick-up orders.
