I cheat a little with the Mrs Wages mix. But I do add all the fresh stuff in there. Cook it down for 10 minutes. jar it. You can make it and keep it in the fridge, you dont have to water bath can it if you wanted to make a few jars of it.

Ha. Carolina Reapers keep the critters at from the garden.
And they make a wicked hot sauce.
I make home made pimento cheese with them and ghost peppers.
I used to make a strawberry habanero salsa. Even sent a gallon to the troops in Irag over a decade ago.
