One more thing, on my form 1 for name and address of original manufacturer its printed as:

Aero Precision
Tacoma, WA

My receiver says:

Aero Precision LLC
Tacoma, WA

Is that going to be an issue? @TARHEELSTATE

Just neatly hand write LLC on the form. Would not cause an issue either way.

For length, how exact does it have to be? I don't want to build one, illegaly, just to measure, or put a stock on it then run as a pistol until stamp clears (which is also highly frowned upon). Or is it ok in this instance?

For an AR, most people just use barrel length + 19". That's close enough for a majority of stock options.
