As the title suggests, what paint/sealer coat have y’all used to seal a new concrete garage floor? Having a 22 x 30 metal garage put in, concrete gets poured tomorrow, and was wondering when and with what y’all have sealed your garage floors with? Should I have the floor sealed/painted before the metal building goes up or wait until after its built? Thanks y’all!!

The only thing I have to offer is this.
My stepfather had a 30x50 (I think) metal building built. Concrete floor. It's insulated and has a ceiling and attic.
Everything was great, until he decided to coat the floor. I'm going to assume it's some epoxy mess, but it looks great. Unfortunately, now things get wet inside. What I mean by that is, and mostly when it's cold outside, when he opens any door, condensate forms on everything. Everything. Sometimes it's so bad, it'll leave puddles on the floor. The worst part of that is, almost every motorized vehicle he owns, besides mom's car, is inside that building.
He's not sure if the coating is the reason, but it didn't happen in the year or two before it.
