I've always used a coolidor as I smoked a lot but now I've got this humidor I had laying around and wasn't using. I've never seasoned anything before.
1. Put two sponges in DW, wrung them out just enough so they weren't dripping.
2. Placed one on a ceramic tray on the top, another on the bottom. Put two empty Padron boxes in there.
3. Let sit for 4 days and humidity hit 83% within 36hrs.
4. Took out sponges, threw 40 sticks in there and 6x 60g Boveda (65%) throughout the box. It's a 150ct humidor.
Should I be good, or should I have seasoned longer?
I probably should have just used some tupperware and Boveda and let humidor season longer but I was anxious.
