Wouldn't all the big box stores have to make the list?

Push for safe storage laws and "universal" background checks.

So the AFT, masters of Fast and Furious, did a study on how many legally sold guns were used in crimes. I wonder where they placed on the list

They never admit that the gun laws already on the books do not work, only affect non-criminals, and are frequently not enforced by the courts. More laws will not affect the criminals.

a lot of the ones i know of are
usa today had a big list of all of the naughty gun stores.
i personally made it a point to text my dealer, then go into his shop an make fun of him - but only because i know he tries like heck to keep the bad people out

It's not the criminals they're after

This is what people often fail to understand. This all has nothing to do with public safety.
"Gun control" is about disarming your political opponents.

Liberals perceive gun owners to be conservatives. They want to disarm you so they can force you do what they want.

^this^

If gun ā€œcontrolā€ laws had ANYthing to do with, or even the slightest about, public safety or controlling crime (let alone criminals); then, the jailhouses would be full and everyone would be packinā€™ ā€¦

I always find I annoying how quickly they point the finger at the victims of thieves but not the thieves themselves.

Yes, some gun owners are idiots (looking at the NCSU guy that left his AR in plain view), but I doubt most gun owners are like "Boy! I can't wait to lose $500 in personal property that I won't be compensated for or likely ever see again!".

Pass laws requiring people to disarm and leave guns in their cars at certain places.
Pass laws to increase the number of places.
Act surprised when guns are left in cars to be stolen.
I work on a college campus. My office is not on the main campus. It is adjacent to a residential neighborhood. I have zero interaction with students. But because itā€™s ā€œeducational propertyā€ I am required to leave it in my car, when it would be far safer if it were on me.

The fact that we allow stupid politicians to dictate rules like this and then obey is a problem when those politicians should be spending their days breaking rocks for dysentery infested water and moldy bread.

As has been said before, gun control is not about guns, it's about control.
