I don't own one, but have shot a couple. I'm a die hard Glock guy, and they feel better to me than any "out of the box" Glock.
I've got an MR and it has been flawless through about 2300 rounds.
I liked my MR920s so much that I bought some more. 😅

I have an MR920. Nice pistol. I like the ergos much better than Glock.
Still think I might unload it though. M&P's just point more naturally for me.

I’m late to the party but want to put in my two cents for Shadow Systems. I have four and love them all. My primary is the War Poet MR 920. It’s perfect out of the box!!

I like that Shadow Systems has a face to it as well. I know nothing about Zev beyond their website, but the Shadow Systems CEO regularly releases technical videos on YouTube to answer FAQs.
I've been looking for a more ergonomic Glock-type pistol for a while. I put together a Lone Wolf frame/G19 slide with an aftermarket trigger. Love the feel of it, but during a course of fire I had a dead trigger. When I tapped/racked I had a double-fire w/o touching the trigger. I figured that I'd stick to factory guns especially for carry.

Their customer service is also top-notch! They went above and beyond to fix an issue for free that wasn’t their fault. They even paid for shipping both ways!
