Left over Pakistani BBQ chicken and some mushrooms.
I'm in the process of figuring that out...First off - looks awesome!
Secondly - Pakistani chicken? What do you season it with?

Onion, and Neeses sausage.

I usually scramble it up. Let it sit this time.I would say that's more of a frittata than an omelette. Much better in my not so humble opinion though.
