Shipping SBR lower for engraving

Any issues around shipping a SBR lower? Can I use USPS priority without any declaration? I'd be shipping within North Carolina to @TARHEELSTATE.

Do people bother with insurance when shipping SBR lowers? I can't imagine USPS is actually going to pay up if they lose/damage the lower.

If the part that actually makes the receiver an SBR is not attached then the receiver is not considered and SBR and can be handled, moved, shipped like any other NON NFA item.
