I was wondering if there is a program, folks are aware off in RTP and greater Raleigh area where juniors can learn about picking up shooting as a sport? I checked Shooting USA’s website but none of their centers are close by. May be an instructor who works with middle school kids.

I remember talking to a guy at a Project Appleseed event a few years ago in TN who helped start their local club because there wasn't anything else in the area that had any discipline or meshed with younger shooters. There used to be more clubs and ranges that host rimfire silhouette matches that might also be an option for you. I "think" some of the Steel Challenge events have also had youth clubs attend.
