Should I send this in to vortex?

While shooting today I noticed my sparc 2 poi was quite off to the left. After a closer look when I got home I notice the inner ring was not flush with the hull of the optic. Should I send it in??? Or am I imagining things. Does it look like it's been jarred to the left?IMG_1233.JPG

Is the glass inserted at an angle? I thought my Holosun was broken out of the box, but they mount the front glass at an angle.

Not sure but I'm referring to the the black ring at the back it seems to have shifted to the left

Exactly. Could it be because it's always been that way with the glass within that ring mounted not perpendicular to the tube, by design, because Holosun (at least) does that to reflect the red dot off the angled glass.

I just spent 30 minutes trying to take a pic of mine (without taking it off the rifle, you can buy me a beer later). Yours is definitely messed up, especially if poi is off like you said. I'd be looking for a new one, not repaired,but I'm sure that is what you'll get. I don't see these costing enough to repair.

Yeah I contacted them and they got back with me today. I told em I bore sighted it again today(cause it was like 15 Moa off) and if it starts to do it again after a couple mags I'll want to send it in
 
I concur with SimpleMan that yours is messed up. Have the same Vortex and mine does not look like that. Might of worked loose or been jarred, either way that's why you have the warranty. Good luck and hope they make it right quickly.
