Yeah, not sure about the marketing, but Larry (Vickers) and TMAC think highly of him, so thought he might be good to go....

I’ve worked with Shrek at the range, you WILL learn something and question some of the lessons of lesser instructors. Sheriff of Baghdad for a real reason. Check him out

What made me question Shrek is his bash the trigger with a ratchet to prove jerking the trigger was bs.[/QUOTE try it sometime with a new shooter or older shooter. We’ll do this and it really drives home the importance of the front site. Also in a oh shit moment you will not breathe, let out half and gently squeeze the trigger with just the pad of your finger and ease off the trigger listening for reset. You’ll most likely pick the weapon up with a panic grip with all your finger in the guard. Watch the front site. Try it

Well i think his point was jerking the trigger was a myth. However i see the opposite a lot, sympathetic grip response causing right handed shooters to shoot low left for instance. But it is like any demonstration, there are a bunch of assumptions that are in place for the demo to make sense. A lot of times you are trying to get a point across. But broadly speaking jerking the trigger is bad, slapping the trigger or jerking the trigger IF YOU DON'T MOVE THE GUN is not necessarily bad.. I am a well known trigger slapper, just ask Ryan at Apex. But i can still shoot a pistol pretty good. I agree with you that there is a big difference between sitting at a range having time is completely different than shtf.
