Sig just released the process and an explanation of sorts for the P320 voluntary Upgrade.

I signed up but will see the feedback of others who get the upgrade completed before my turn. Meanwhile I have no worries about carrying it.
 
Maybe their server is slammed (or suffering a DOS attack)?

Or, did they change their minds?

I'd have to guess their server is overloaded, but who knows? I have a hard copy printout if anybody really needs it.
 
I filled it out this morning probably around 1030. It went fine.

None have been sent in yet. Sig said it'd be at least 6 weeks before they were ready to receive them.

Yep, I actually called them because I was worried my email got lost in junk. He said they arent even close to ready to start bringing them in. That was his words. This was for the civilian number, no idea on LEO MIL

:( kinda sad what happened to the p320. I think Sig made alot of mistakes that killed what couldve been a really amazing thing for them and taken a big piece of glock market share.
 
Got my email today from sig checking my address and stating shipping labels would be coming in the next several weeks.

I got the same email. It stated that labels would be going out based on when you registered the gun starting sometime in Oct. They must have the line setup for the retrofit.
 
If the timing permits (meaning I get it back in time from S&W) could one of you hide my gun in the box with your P320? Maybe Sig knows how to make a Bodyguard .380 work properly.

I hope you’re satisfied when it comes back. My M&P Bodyguard was manufactured in late April 2016 and functions perfectly with Hornady Critical Defense. All the complaints and problems I saw and read about before I fired it had me very worried. But turns out it didn’t exhibit any type of problem. Happy camper.

If you start noticing anything strange, call me. I've become an expert. In fact, one of the issues I had began to manifest itself on another member's P320 and I was able to diagnose it for him. :)

And now THAT p320 is on its way back before you even get yours :D...very dissapointing for sw
